Privacy
What we collect, and why.
Information you choose to send
If you use the contact form, Ridgepath receives the name, work email address, organization, and message you submit. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, and to continue a business conversation when you ask us to.
The contact form provider
The website is hosted on Netlify, and contact-form submissions are sent to Netlify Forms for delivery. Netlify may process information as part of hosting, form handling, security, and abuse prevention. Please review Netlify's current privacy documentation for its handling of information on its services.
Browser-local session data
The optional Technology Foundation Brief can place its generated summary in your browser's session storage so you can carry it into the contact form. The form reads and removes that summary when it loads. It is not sent to Ridgepath unless you choose to submit the form. The site does not use this feature as a persistent account, profile, or tracking system.
What we do not do
- We do not sell contact-form information.
- We do not use it for unrelated advertising or list rental.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this site.
- The site does not currently use advertising pixels, a newsletter system, or an analytics dashboard.
Retention and requests
We may keep an inquiry and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping needs. If you want to ask what information we have about an inquiry, request correction, or ask us to delete it where appropriate, email hello@ridgepathsystems.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice when the website or its data practices change. The current version is posted on this page. Questions about this notice can be sent to hello@ridgepathsystems.com.
